Hiring any of the services provided by benidormprivatetransfer.com constitutes the user agreement of all the General Conditions. The conditions are part of the contracts and do not need to be present on each of them. They complete and develop the current legislations on these matters.
Once the user books using our web: benidormprivatetransfer.com, they will receive an email with all the necessary booking informations.
Clients are allowed to check prices in case of fees changes or modifications. The price changes will never affect the one of the client´s booking. The booking will be totally confirmed once the clients receive the confirmation email.
The price includes the transfer from/to Alicante Airport or RENFE Train Station by private bus, In other words, we offer a private transportation for only those who made a reservation. The free seats will never be sold. This way we will always guarantee our clients a personalized and fast service (no waiting at the airport, trip, or city). We will always go directly to the destination (door to door transfer). The indirect taxes (IVA) to be applied are not included in the price if it is not clearly stated or detailed.
Clients can cancel or quit on our services at any moment. They have the right to be refunded with their money. However, they have to compensate benidormprivatetransfer.com according the following terms:
- 5% compensation of the total value of the reservation if the cancellation takes place more tan 10 days and less tan 15 days before the transfer date. 15% compensation in case it takes place between 3 to 10 days before the trasnfer date, and 25% within 8 to 40 hours before.
If the client does not show up, they must pay the total value of the reservation.
The cancellation must be done using our web: benidormprivatetransfer.com. Clients must fill in the cancellation form.
benidormprivatetransfer.com reserves the right to cancell any booking in case there is an external software problem (not related to our company web). In this case, the client will be contacted and be offered a compensation (another transfer, money refund)
La Agencia se compromete a facilitar a sus clientes la totalidad de los servicios contratados, con las condiciones y características estipuladas. Quedará eximida de esta obligación cuando concurran causas de fuerza mayor, es decir, circunstancias ajenas a quien las invoca, anormales e imprevisibles, cuyas consecuencias no habrían podido evitarse pese a toda la diligencia empleada, entendida según la legislación vigente. Si se produce la imposibilidad de prestar algún servicio por parte de la Agencia Organizadora después de perfeccionado el contrato y antes de la prestación del servicio, el consumidor podrá optar bien por la rescisión del contrato sin penalización, o bien por aceptar la nueva alternativa propuesta con las modificaciones introducidas y su posible repercusión en el precio, debiendo comunicar su decisión a la Agencia en el plazo de tres días. No se podrá pedir indemnización por incumplimiento de contrato cuando la imposibilidad venga motivada por causas suficientes o de fuerza mayor, o cuando el usuario haya aceptado la modificación al contrato mencionado anteriormente.

benidormprivatetransfer.com owns all the permissions and licenses to carry out the activity we develop (the ones of a Travel agency). We are registered with the tittle and license: CV-Mm134-A. This tittle/license guarantees our clients that our agency has hired the social responsability ensurances to face any kind of situation derived from our practice.
The Travel Agency which provides the client with a determined service will be responsible for the great functioning and execution of the hired service. However, each service provider is responsible for serving their clients and EasyTransferBenidorm has no responsability in this cases. In case there is any situation, the procedures will be carried out respecting the current legislations and the General conditions. If the client does not properly receive the hired service, they have 48 hours to communicate it to the Travel Agency which organized their travel. If they do not communicate it within this time, they will have to prove it in front of the Tourism General Board or the correspondent jury. 48 hours is the time the Agency has to verify the information provided by the client and give a solution to it. If this solution does not meet the client´s expectations they have a month to present their claim again.However, presenting a claim does not mean that the client does not pay the hired service.
